Mütec Instruments takes over DYNA Instruments
The German experts for bulk solids measurement technology join forces
MÜTEC Instruments, the German manufacturer of inline moisture and mass flow measurement systems, has acquired the
Hamburg-based company DYNA Instruments GmbH. DYNA is well-known in the bulk material industry for their unique
mass flow measurement systems (DYNAmas, DYNAchute, DYNArad and DYNAguard). They also offer a wide portfolio of
dust meters and a unique inline particle size measurement device (DYNAsize).
All products will be continued, new products will be added
MÜTEC will continue to offer the entire DYNA Instruments product portfolio and invest in the improvement and development
of new products. The development, production and sales teams will be merged, creating the worldwide strongest supplier of
measurement technology for the bulk materials industry. This complements MÜTEC's leading position as a manufacturer of
transmitters for safety-related applications.
The worldwide strongest supplier of measurement technology for the bulk materials
industry is created
Eike Frühbrodt, Managing Director of MÜTEC, explains: “We are delighted that DYNA Instruments is joining the MÜTEC family.
The DYNA employees are experts in bulk solids. Our customers will benefit from their unique experience. We cannot wait to
launch DYNA products, such as the new inline particle size measurement system, worldwide.”
Klaus Dybeck and Ralf Nagel, managing directors of DYNA Instruments, add: “In MÜTEC, we have found a partner that will invest
in our products and ramp up production. It is the perfect match, a company from the same industry with a strong R&D and production team.
In addition, MÜTEC brings in additional products for our customers, such as their robust inline moisture measurement system.”
The DYNA Instruments brand will be retained. Klaus Dybeck and Ralf Nagel will continue to work for the company.
Their 30 years of experience in bulk materials will be a great support for existing and new customers in the industry.
